Cat Zone
A cattery that has been designed from parenting experience along with knowledge and understandings in the nature of cats, in order to facilitate maximum relaxation and fun for your cat simultaneously. We selected materials that can be cleaned thoroughly, decorated and designed the cat jump-platform appropriately. Your cat, in each house, will own a private room with play area. Here, we allow the cats to walk around one house at a time, and not mixed with the others at the common area which is large and clean, so that your cat can enjoy while staying in the hotel.

1.Save and Clean
We designed the rooms for your cat from experiences and understandings. Our rooms are not only beautiful and pleasant to the cats and the owners, but the functions are also compatible with the cat’s natural behavior. The material we use is durable rubber wood and more importantly, we designed the room to be easily cleaned and purely sterilized. Moreover, we designed air ventilation systems to be separate air-conditioned rooms as well.
2.Clean Water
The water we use for your cat to drink is clean filtered water than human can drink which is safe by the standard filtration system with UV sterilization and toxin absorption before serving to your cat.
3.Don't worry we keep in touch.
We send pictures of your cat everyday via Line Application to report and discuss about your cat to let you know about their enjoyment and happiness while staying with us and let you become worry-free.
4.We do Love your Cats.
We take care of your cat with love. More than just cleanliness and safety, we also tend your cat to play happily daily for their well beings.

How to get here
Rules and conditions
Rules
Conditions for accepting a cat and dog guest.

Closed system only (living only inside the house).

Cats or Dogs of above 3 months old, received standard vaccination and has no infectious disease.

No fleas/ticks, if found you will be penalized for 1,000 baht and your cat will not be accepted to stay in any case.*

If ear mite is found in the ears of your cat, you will be penalized for 1,000 baht (for the daily ear medication and sanitization when staying no longer than 7 days).

Reservation documents include a copy of owner’s passport/ national ID card with signature of certified copy and the vaccination record book of your pet.

For cats bring your own food and sand (we provide a bowl and a sand tray).
For dogs bring your own food and pet pad. -
Inform us beforehand if your pet requires medication feeding for evaluation. If your pet is fierce and we cannot feed the medicine, then we shall not feed the medicine to your pet (if accepted, a service charge of 50 baht per day is added).

No refund in case of checkout before the reserved date without prior notice (at least 5-15 days prior notice is required).
* Please ask for more info about refund condition. -
In case of monthly stay, a monthly medication for parasite is mandatory where the owner is responsible for the medication charges.

If your pet falls ill during the stay, the owner will be informed and your pet will be immediately sent to the 24-hour operating pet hospital while the owner is responsible for all the charges involved.

There are risks in keeping your pet at a cattery. Cat&Dog Friendly will not be responsible for illness or death in any case.

If you do not pick up your pet on the scheduled checkout date or abandon your cat intentionally, Cat&Dog Friendly will take legal actions according to the Animal Protection Act and will have the rightfulness to proceed depending on our decision.
